Brinefield Management

Full operational management for explorers — from drilling supervision, logging, pilot plant engineering, flowsheet selection and resource estimation. We do the work that makes the announcement timetable real.

DLE Advisory

Independent guidance on Direct Lithium Extraction technology selection. The hard parts isn't just the DLE. It's defining the right pretreatment, reinjection, and full flowsheet that also matters.

Resource Estimation

NI 43-101 and JORC-compliant resource estimates built on proper subsurface characterization. We use the latest tools and technology specifically built for lithium brine.

Technical Due Diligence

Independent technical reviews for M&A, financing, and investment decisions. We assess project maturity relative to the project stage — working backwards from the FID to what the data room needs.

Cross-Boundary Dynamics

Brine doesn't respect property boundaries. Pumping from one well changes reservoir pressure for miles. The lithium industry hasn't adopted unitization frameworks yet, but it will have to.

Mandatory in many jurisdictions, often 10% - 20% of total project economics, and frequently underestimated. We model reinjection requirements before they become surprises.

Funded SaferMe from startup to operating in 15+ countries. Raised capital across multiple structures — SAFEs, equity rounds, and strategic partnerships. Built and led teams through product-market fit and international expansion.

Six years at GMI covering product strategy, portfolio administration, and quantitative security analysis. Built financial models, helped launch a KiwiSaver scheme, and delivered GIPS-compliant performance reporting.
